Задачи

• Own the end-to-end coordination and execution of digital production projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery;
• Create, manage and maintain project plans, tasks and workflows using Jira and other project management tools;
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners involved in production and delivery;
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones and dependencies;
• Track project progress and identify risks, blockers and mitigation actions;
• Consolidate stakeholder requirements and feedback into clear, actionable workstreams;
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, production teams, technology teams and vendors;
• Coordinate operational and production activities across multiple simultaneous projects;
• Ensure visibility of project status, priorities and delivery progress across stakeholders;
• Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and delivery practices.

Требования

• 4–6 Years of experience as a Project Manager in digital or product environments;
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban or similar;
• Experience coordinating cross-functional product teams in a digital environment, including UX or Content;
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in parallel;
• Experience with Jira and Confluence;
• English and Spanish fluency, written and spoken.
