Job summary

Responsibilities

• Управление end-to-end процессами подбора для разных позиций.
• Определение стратегий поиска и привлечения талантов вместе с клиентами и менеджерами по найму.
• Публикация вакансий на разных каналах и платформах.
• Прямой поиск и headhunting через LinkedIn Recruiter и другие инструменты.
• Проведение competency-based интервью и оценка соответствия кандидатов культурной и технической среде.
• Презентация кандидатов клиентам и регулярное сопровождение каждого процесса.
• Обеспечение отличного опыта для кандидатов и клиентов.
• Сотрудничество с командой, обмен знаниями и лучшими практиками для совершенствования процессов подбора.

We are looking for an HR Consultant to help create the perfect fit between professionals and companies, not only in terms of skills, but also values and culture.

• You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for different positions.
• You will define talent sourcing and attraction strategies together with clients and hiring managers.
• You will publish job ads across different channels and platforms.
• You will carry out direct search and headhunting through LinkedIn Recruiter and other specialised tools.
• You will conduct competency-based interviews and assess candidates’ technical and cultural fit.
• You will present candidates to clients and continuously follow up on each process.
• You will ensure an excellent experience for both candidates and clients.
• You will collaborate with the team, sharing learnings and best practices to keep improving our recruitment processes.
