Ingram Micro is seeking a Platform Success Manager to drive adoption of Xvantage, CRM, and other platform capabilities across regional teams. You will translate platform features into measurable business value, partnering with leaders to align initiatives with strategic goals and to accelerate transformation.

The role emphasizes onboarding, process standardization, and continuous improvement, with a focus on delivering tangible outcomes and efficiency gains for the organisation.

Formación

• Experience leading digital transformation and platform adoption.
• Strong business acumen linking technology to outcomes.
• Knowledge of CRM, analytics, automation, AI-enabled tools.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across regions.
• Experience with change management and process improvement.
• Fluent in English; other European languages a plus.
