You will translate platform features into measurable business value, partnering with leaders to align initiatives with strategic goals and to accelerate transformation.

The role emphasizes onboarding, process standardization, and continuous improvement, with a focus on delivering tangible outcomes and efficiency gains for the organisation.

Formación

Platform Success Manager

The Platform Success Manager (PSM) is responsible for ensuring that digital platform capabilities generate measurable business value. Acting as the bridge between business leaders, regional sales leader, Country teams, and Global Platform Business, the PSM drives platform adoption, utilisation, business transformation, and execution excellence for the assigned global platform initiative. The role translates platform capabilities into material business outcomes and supports the organisation's journey towards becoming a Platform Company.

What You'll Do

• Drive adoption and utilization of Xvantage, CRM, IDA, Zendesk, and other platform capabilities.
• Partner with country and regional leaders to align platform initiatives with business goals.
• Lead onboarding and enablement activities for standardized platform processes.
• Champion process harmonization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Coach teams on maximizing platform capabilities to improve productivity and performance.
• Monitor adoption and business impact metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
• Serve as the key link between regional teams and Global Platform Business.
• Support deployment, change management, and optimisation of platform initiatives.

What You'll Bring

• Knowledge of CRM, analytics, automation, AI-enabled tools, or digital platforms.
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across functions and geographies.
• Experience driving change management and process improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience measuring and improving business performance through KPIs.
• Fluent English required; additional European language(s) are a plus.
