Ingram Micro, Inc. seeks an Innovation & Execution Manager to spearhead executive-level transformations across a global platform, turning concepts into scaled, revenue-generating assets that drive billions in incremental revenue.

You will synthesize market trends, run fast pilots with business teams to validate capabilities, advise senior leaders, and own outcomes across revenue, margin and productivity, with up to 10% international travel.

Formación

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in professional roles with 5+ years guiding strategic initiatives.
• PMI and Agile Project Management certifications are valued.
• Proven track record leading transformations and advising executives.

Responsabilidades

• Synthesize market trends and internal friction to identify high-potential opportunities.
• Run lightweight prototypes and pilots with business teams to validate ROI.
• Advise senior leaders and align cross-functional teams across Product, Data, Engineering and GTM.
• Own measurable outcomes across revenue, margin and productivity; kill weak ideas early.
• Travel internationally up to 10%.
