Principal Product Manager – Global Platform Solutions

About the Role

We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy, design, and execution of innovative platform solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. This is a strategic product leadership role at the intersection of Product Management, Technology, Vendor and Customer Partnerships, and Business. The ideal candidate combines strong product management capabilities with the ability to understand complex technology ecosystems, design end-to-end solutions, work directly with strategic vendors and partners, and drive initiatives from concept, solution, build, launch to adoption and measurable value. We will build trusted relationships with vendors, technology teams, and business stakeholders. Become a recognized product and solution expert within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet directly with vendors and resellers to understand their business models, pain points, and growth ambitions; then translate insights into scalable product as a "builder PM": conduct deep partner discovery, frame the opportunity, define the product vision, build and test user experiences, drive cross-functional execution from 0 to 1.
• Define success metrics, instrument them, and use data to iterate rapidly and make crisp prioritization decisions.
• Leverage AI/ML and emerging technologies to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and delivery.
• Influence cross-domain roadmaps without direct authority, building alignment through compelling narratives and data-driven proposals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management ideally in high-growth B2C or B2B in B2B technology, distribution, SaaS, or platform businesses.
• Proven experience leading complex products, solutions, or technology initiatives from concept through execution and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to translate emerging technology into practical product and business solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous and fast-moving environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B technology distribution, cloud, SaaS, cybersecurity, networking, infrastructure, or enterprise technology ecosystems.
• Experience working with major technology vendors and hyperscalers.
• Experience with digital commerce, marketplaces, subscriptions, renewals, lifecycle management, CPQ/configuration, or partner ecosystems.
• Experience applying AI/ML or agentic AI to automate business processes and create new customer or partner experiences.
• Experience building platforms or products that operate across multiple countries, markets, vendors, or business models.
• Experience taking new concepts from 0-1 and scaling them from 1 to N.
