Ingram Micro, a global technology platform leader, is seeking a Platform Success Manager in Barcelona to drive adoption of Xvantage and related platform capabilities. You will bridge business leaders, regional sales, and global platform teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

You'll lead onboarding, enablement, and process harmonization, coaching teams to maximize platform value while tracking KPIs and ensuring alignment with regional goals.

Formación

• Experience leading digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect technology to business outcomes.
• Knowledge of CRM, analytics, automation, or digital platforms.
• Fluent English required; additional European language(s) are a plus.

• Support deployment, change management, and optimization of platform initiatives.

Platform Success Manager

The Platform Success Manager (PSM) is responsible for ensuring that digital platform capabilities generate measurable business value. Acting as the bridge between business leaders, regional sales leader, Country teams, and Global Platform Business, the PSM drives platform adoption, utilisation, business transformation, and execution excellence for the assigned global platform initiative. The role translates platform capabilities into material business outcomes and supports the organisation’s journey toward becoming a Platform Company.
