Formación

• Extensive experience leading platform engineering and SRE at scale.
• Proven track record implementing AI-assisted development tooling.
• Strong ability to drive adoption and establish coding standards.

Responsabilidades

• Own the platform engineering roadmap and reliability posture.
• Lead AI-assisted engineering initiatives and tooling strategy.
• Define and enforce standards for architecture, testing, and deployment.
• Drive adoption programs across hundreds of engineers.
