Super in Madrid is seeking a senior software engineer to design, build, and operate a general‑purpose AI platform infrastructure. You will own from architecture to on‑call, delivering secure data access, identity layers, and developer tooling to accelerate AI‑powered workflows.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in software engineering and 3+ years in cloud infrastructure, with hands‑on Kubernetes, IaC, and security experience. A bias toward simple, scalable, production‑ready platforms is essential.

Formación

• 4+ years of software engineering experience building full‑stack or backend‑heavy systems.
• 3+ years of cloud infrastructure experience, incl. Kubernetes, infrastructure‑as‑code, and networking.
• Credible experience using AI tools, agents, SDKs, and coding assistants to boost developer productivity.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and operate general‑purpose AI platform infrastructure, including gateways, internal platform, and tooling.
• Create secure, governed data‑access and identity layers with proper access controls and observability.
• Develop developer‑facing tooling to simplify building, deploying, and observing AI workflows.
• Own services end to end—from architecture to deployment, monitoring, and on‑call on a Kubernetes cloud platform.
• Codify infrastructure as code; improve reliability, networking, and performance of the platform.
• Collaborate with product, security, and infra teams to ensure safe, compliant production capabilities.
• Mentor others and drive AI adoption across the organization.
