Getnet Platforms in Madrid is hiring an AI Engineer – Software Delivery Enablement to scale AI-assisted software delivery across the full lifecycle. You will translate business needs into structured delivery artifacts, design AI workflows, and build reusable AI components for engineering teams.
The role requires hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, APIs, and DevOps practices, and offers a hybrid model with on-site presence in Madrid as needed.
Formación
- Experience designing or implementing AI-based solutions using LLMs, prompt engineering, agents, RAG, workflow automation or developer productivity tools.
- Strong background in software delivery, Agile, CI/CD, and production support.
- Experience building internal developer platforms and productivity accelerators in enterprise environments.
Responsabilidades
- Enable AI-assisted software delivery across the full lifecycle from ideation to post-release analysis.
- Translate business ideas into structured delivery artifacts (user stories, technical requirements, tests).
- Identify friction and automate SDLC processes with AI-powered workflows.
- Design, build, and maintain reusable AI skills, prompts, agents, and templates for engineering teams.
