Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe is seeking an Integrated Planning Lead to drive the planning process, methods and deployment across Business. You will own planning system capabilities, coordinate demand and collaborate with Digital and external providers.

The role provides leadership across planning coaches and project planners, with an emphasis on complex programs, stakeholder alignment and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Educated to degree level with a relevant field.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent Spanish and strong business English.

Job Description

An opportunity forIntegrated Planning Lead has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe.

Responsibilities

In the frame of ADs Programme Excellence team the following job opportunity is arising:

In charge of Integrated Project & Programme Planning process, method, tools and it ìs deployment across Business.

In charge of the planning system capabilities, which entails the identification, prioritization and coordination of new capabilities as Unified Planning Product Owner, in collaboration with Digital and external providers.

The position owner has the divisional lead and functional lead of all planning coaches and the Project & Programme planners network .

AD process owner “Manage Integrated Planning”.

The position includes coordination of all demand on behalf of Business and functions towards Digital organization and accountable business ownership towards strategic supplier. Its includes furthermore interface to overall AD PM Digital ambition.
