Airbus Operations SLE is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician in Getafe (Madrid) to reinforce its maintenance engineering unit. You will execute advanced maintenance on complex assets, troubleshoot automation and electrical systems, and oversee maintenance operators while managing Work Orders in CMMS.

The role requires a Senior Technical Degree in Industrial Maintenance/Automation/Robotics and substantial experience with CNC, PLC, FANUC, and SAP CMMS.

• Senior Technical Degree (FP II) in Industrial Maintenance/Automation/Robotics.
• Proven experience in Level 4+ industrial maintenance and troubleshooting of complex automated systems (CNC, PLC, FANUC, Simotion, Simatik).
• Deep understanding of automation and electrical systems; CMMS tools (SAP).
• Familiarity with maintenance methodologies (RCM, PARETO).

Responsabilidades

• Execute Level 4+ corrective and preventive maintenance on complex industrial assets in compliance with HSE rules.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis on automated and electrical systems.
• Supervise industrial maintenance operators during maintenance activities and interventions.
• Manage Work Orders (WO) in CMMS, ensuring data entry, tracking and timely closure.
• Contribute to maintainability and reliability analyses (RCM, Pareto, cost tracking).
• Provide diagnostic feedback to supervisors and Asset Managers to improve asset availability and MTTR.

Job Description:An opportunity for an Industrial Maintenance Technician has arisen within Airbus Operations, Getafe (Madrid).The Industrial Maintenance team is in charge of ensuring the high performance, reliability, and maximum technical availability of our state-of-the-art manufacturing assets. The team operates in a multidisciplinary and highly technical environment, managing complex automation and electrical systems. The successful candidate will reinforce our maintenance engineering unit, taking a proactive role in troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and team supervision to support the optimization of our production lines' asset life cycle.RESPONSIBILITIESThe main tasks of the jobholder will be:Execute Level 4 and above corrective and preventive maintenance on complex industrial assets, strictly respecting all applicable HSE rules.Perform advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis on automated and electrical systems to implement permanent and suitable technical solutions.Supervise and guide industrial maintenance operators during complex system maintenance activities and technical interventions.Manage the full lifecycle of Work Orders (WO) in the CMMS, ensuring accurate data entry, tracking, and timely closure.Contribute to maintainability and reliability analyses (such as PARETO, Cost tracking, and Reliability Centered Maintenance - RCM).Provide detailed diagnostic feedback to supervisors, maintenance engineers, and Asset Managers to improve asset availability and meet MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) business objectives.Availability to work triple shift.SKILLSIs your profile aligned to the following list of skills? In addition comercial robots like Kuka, FANUC...Soft skills: Strong problem-solving mindset, leadership skills to supervise operators, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional asset teams.Languages: Basic level in English.Valuable / Nice to have: Previous experience in aerospace or automotive manufacturing assets will be highly valued.
