Airbus Operations SLE in Getafe (Madrid) seeks a Maintenance Engineer to join the Maintenance Engineering Team. You will develop strategies to keep industrial means, robots, machines, jigs and tools, safe and reliable, while collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers.

The role focuses on reliability improvement, preventative planning, and adherence to aerospace safety and quality standards. Fluency in English and a collaborative mindset are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor-level engineering degree in aeronautical or industrial engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Strong maintenance engineering background with reliability and maintenance planning knowledge.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities within multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement maintainability and maintenance strategies for Industrial means.
• Conduct maintenance engineering activities including failure analysis and reliability studies.
• Manage relationships with internal customers and external suppliers to support maintenance operations.
• Identify improvements to maintenance processes to optimize efficiency and safety.

Job Description:An opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer has arisen within Airbus Operations, Getafe (Madrid).The selected candidate will join the Maintenance Engineering Team. Our department is in charge of ensuring the optimal performance, safety, and reliability of our Industrial means (robots, machines, jigs and tools). The team is multidisciplinary and highly collaborative, working in direct contact with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers to tackle key challenges in reliability, process optimization, and preventative planning.RESPONSIBILITIESThe main tasks of the jobholder will be:Develop and implement maintainability and maintenance strategies for Industrial means.Conduct maintenance engineering activities , including failure analysis, reliability studies, and preventative maintenance planning.Manage relationships with internal customers ensuring support in panels, routines and full collaboration with production and support funtions.Manage relations with xternal stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient maintenance operations.Oversee supplier management activities related to maintenance services and parts.Identify and implement improvements to maintenance processes and procedures to optimize efficiency.Ensure strict compliance with all relevant aerospace safety and quality standards.SKILLSIs your profile aligned to the following list of skills?
