• A degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field, with internships, academic projects, or 1–2 years of junior recruitment experience.
• Digital sourcing: interest in modern channels and social media for active and passive candidate outreach.
• Spanish and English negotiation level is mandatory in a highly international setting.
