Page Executive seeks a senior operations leader to take full responsibility for a complex industrial energy facility in Spain, with international travel to Nordics and Southern Europe. You will drive plant performance, safety, and asset integrity across production processes and utilities.

• Experience in leading industrial energy facilities preferred.
• Track record of driving safety, reliability and cost control.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage end-to-end plant operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant performance across all production processes and utilities.
• Oversee commissioning, start-up, and ramp-up activities, ensuring a controlled transition into stable and optimised commercial operations.
• Drive operational excellence through monitoring KPIs, analysing plant performance, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to maximise output and efficiency.
• Define and enforce maintenance strategies, coordinating preventive and corrective activities to ensure high asset reliability and minimal downtime.
• Establish strong operational frameworks including procedures, reporting, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Build, lead, and develop on-site teams, fostering a high-performance culture focused on safety, accountability, and capability development.
• Manage site budgets, resources, and external stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
