The role requires 8–10 years in production/operations management, strong leadership, and expertise in budgeting and cost control within an international setting.

What You’ll Do

You’ll lead all production and technical activities in our Lleida plant, ensuring cost-effective, efficient operations that meet quality standards and sales commitments. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing multi-shift production operations and integrating processes for continuity and balance.
• Overseeing maintenance and repair planning, including CAPEX projects, to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and effectiveness across the plant.
