Job summary

GoodLife Foods is seeking a Plant Manager to lead two manufacturing sites in Parets del Vallés and Balsareny. The role focuses on safety, quality, service and cost through strong coordination of cross-site management teams.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in manufacturing or operations, proven plant leadership, experience with growth or scale-up initiatives, and a minimum C1 English level. Availability to travel roughly twice a month is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations or similar.
• 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing or operations.
• Proven leadership at plant/operations level.
• Experience in growth, transformation, or scale-up environments.
• Minimum C1 level of English.
• Travel availability about twice per month.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall operations of two manufacturing sites, achieving safety, quality, service, productivity and financial targets.
• Develop and inspire management teams, promoting collaboration and accountability.
• Drive operational excellence through Lean initiatives and standardization across both plants.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety standards.
• Oversee budgets, profitability and operational efficiency; identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Lead organizational transformation with new technologies and ways of working.
