The role requires 8–10 years in production/operations management, strong leadership, and expertise in budgeting and cost control within an international setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 8–10 years’ experience in production/operations management.
• Experience in maintenance planning, production scheduling, and cost control.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of HSE and quality compliance standards.
• Ability to manage OPEX/CAPEX budgets and drive efficiency.
