Adqualis seeks a Supply Chain Finance Lead for its Łódź manufacturing site to lead financial reporting, budgeting and KPI maintenance. You will drive cost control, working capital optimization and CapEx analysis while integrating the site into the European financial structure. Fluency in Polish and English is required.

Minimum 6 years in finance with plant-controlling experience in manufacturing, plus strong Excel, ERP, and BI skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration or related field.
• 6+ years in finance roles, including 3+ years plant controlling in manufacturing.
• Strong FP&A, cost accounting, standard costing, variance analysis and manufacturing finance.
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing environments and shop-floor collaboration.
• Fluency in Polish and English.
• Experience with plant integration projects is advantageous.
• Proactive, hands-on, results-oriented with strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead financial reporting and analysis for the manufacturing site.
• Oversee annual budget and quarterly forecasts (headcount, expenses, inventory, and key metrics).
• Monitor costs, perform variance analysis, and identify cost drivers and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain KPI dashboards (financial and operational) and provide actionable insights to management and regional teams.
• Manage inventory valuation and standard costing processes for materials, labor, and overheads.
• Support physical inventory counts, reconciliation, and working capital optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations to improve cost control and efficiency and enhance financial performance.
• Support CapEx management, profitability and pricing analysis, and continuous improvement and standardization efforts.
• Drive financial and operational integration of the site into Central European and wider European structure.
• Act as the main Finance focal point in Poland, coordinating with European Finance and Accounting on local financial, statutory, and tax matters.
