Arxada Barcelona is seeking a Cost Accountant to support manufacturing operations and multi-site cost control. The role partners with plant leadership, operations, supply chain and finance to deliver accurate costing and insights.

You will own inventory accounting, standard costing, period-end close, and cost reporting, while driving process improvements in an international environment across Williamsport and Mapleton sites.

Formación

• 5+ years in Cost/Plant/Manufacturing Finance within industrial environments.
• Strong inventory accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis.
• Proven ability to partner with operations across multiple sites.
• Adaptive, proactive, and able to influence stakeholders in a complex international setting.
• Willingness to support US operations across Central/Eastern time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary Cost Accounting partner for Williamsport (PA) and Mapleton (IL) sites.
• Provide financial insights and cost analysis to support operational decisions.
• Lead inventory accounting activities: cycle counts, reconciliations, physical inventories.
• Oversee standard costing and ensure data accuracy in costing systems.
• Prepare month-end entries, inventory adjustments, and reporting for plants.
• Coordinate cost accounting across sites and drive process improvements.
