Destinus is seeking an Operations Finance Lead to own cost accounting, inventory economics and FP&A across multiple manufacturing sites. You will build standardized processes, drive margin improvement and connect site performance to group financial outcomes.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning, partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering and Finance leadership to optimize costs and capital decisions. Travel between Destinus sites will be required.

Formación

• Experience in operations finance and manufacturing controlling across sites.
• Ability to build product costing frameworks and inventory accounting.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and performance management skills.
• Experience building finance processes, controls and reporting structures.

Responsabilidades

• Own operations cost accounting across multiple manufacturing sites, including inventory accounting, COGS, capitalization of labor and overhead.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning for manufacturing and supply chain.
• Build rolling forecasts and analyze monthly performance linking to the P&L.
• Develop and standardize finance processes across sites for costing and reporting.
• Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to optimize key cost drivers across materials, conversion and productivity.
• Support MES implementation and ensure reliable manufacturing data flows into finance systems.
• Establish internal controls over inventory, cost accounting and manufacturing transactions.
