Destinus is seeking an Operations Finance Lead to own cost accounting, inventory economics and FP&A across multiple manufacturing sites. You will build standardized processes, drive financial discipline and visibility to scale operations.

You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering and Finance leadership, lead budgeting and rolling forecasts, develop dashboards, and ensure strong internal controls while supporting MES data integration.

Formación

• Experience in operations finance within manufacturing.
• Knowledge of product costing and inventory accounting.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and margin analysis.
• Experience with ERP/MES implementations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own cost accounting across multiple sites, including inventory.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
• Develop rolling forecasts and KPI dashboards.
• Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to optimize cost drivers.
