Axalta Coating Systems seeks a Finance Manager (Supply Chain & Logistics) to join our team at the Coruño, ES facility and Glen Mills, PA. The role oversees financial planning, analysis, and reporting for global supply chain and logistics costs in the Americas.

You will lead monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and partner with regional teams to align operational and financial goals while driving cost savings and process improvements. Strong Excel, SAP, and BI skills are required.

Formación

• 6+ years of work experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related field.
• Experience with global manufacturing or public company environments.
• Bachelor’s degree from a leading institution in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or similar quantitative discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the detailed financial planning, reporting, and analysis of logistics and supply chain costs for the Americas region.
• Lead the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes for supply chain and logistics costs.
• Partner with regional supply chain teams to align operational and financial goals and drive results.
• Work with supply chain and logistics teams to analyze and forecast inventory and its impact on working capital and cash flow.
• Drive cost savings projects and process improvements.
• Project-related planning, financial modeling and analysis.
