Adamed Pharma is looking for a financial professional based in Riells i Viabrea to act as a key liaison between the Spanish entity and the external accounting firm. You will support accounting and tax-related matters, liaise with operational and management teams, and ensure compliance with local regulations.

The ideal candidate should have 5-8 years of experience, be proficient in accounting practices, and possess strong communication skills in both Spanish and English. Previous experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) is highly desirable.

Formación

• 5–8 years of experience in full accounting or financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently in a multicultural environment.
• Experience with accounting process migration is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Liaison between Spanish entity, external accounting firm, and parent company's finance department.
• Review accounting reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Reconcile accounts and prepare financial data for reporting.

Descripción del empleo

• Acting as the key liaison between the Spanish entity, the external accounting firm, and the Finance & Accounting Department of the parent company in Poland
• Serving as the primary local business partner for all accounting and tax-related matters, providing expert support to operational and management teams
• Reviewing accounting reports and documentation prepared by the external accounting firm to ensure accuracy and compliance with local regulations and group standards
• Coordinating and supporting the resolution of accounting issues, clarifying discrepancies, and ensuring effective communication between all stakeholders
• Reconciling accounts and preparing financial data for internal reporting and audits
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of local and international reporting and accounting processes

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office
• Experience working with ERP systems (preferably SAP)
• Strong knowledge of Spanish accounting regulations and tax compliance
• Fluent Spanish and communicative English (spoken and written)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a multicultural environment
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in full accounting or financial reporting, preferably in a production/manufacturing company
