Job summary

egg is seeking an accomplished senior project leader to manage the delivery of pharmaceutical client programs. You will lead congresses, meetings and brand experiences, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while mentoring project teams and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years in event agencies, strong governance and budgeting skills, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience within an event agency environment, with pharma/healthcare exposure.
Experience on dedicated client accounts with complex governance, compliance and operational requirements.
Strong expertise in event delivery, operational processes and team coordination.
Forecasting and budget oversight, plus resource planning and utilization management.
Advanced knowledge of Cvent and proficient Excel-based reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead production and delivery of congresses, meetings, symposia and brand experiences, on time and within budget.
Coach and support Project Managers and operations team members to raise delivery excellence.
Partner with the Account Lead to monitor client satisfaction, performance and account health.
Monitor SLAs, KPIs, compliance and RAID logs; identify risks and drive improvements.
Oversee account financials including budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
Improve delivery standards, processes and reporting tools, exploring AI-enabled ways of working.
