Job summary

Revolution Medicines is expanding its Spanish organization and seeks a strategic, hands-on Congress and Events AD. You will shape and deliver RevMed's presence at international and national congresses, and lead internal events across Spain and Portugal, aligning with Medical, Commercial, Market Access, Compliance, and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning and end-to-end execution of the congress and events plan in Spain and Portugal.
• Own the full lifecycle of national congresses, from annual planning through execution and post-event evaluation.
• Own the full lifecycle of local external and internal events such as cycle meetings, from planning through execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all congress-related activities in Spain and Portugal with cross-functional partners.
• Lead cross-functional planning forums with clear timelines and milestones for seamless execution.
• Support medical in coordinating symposia and investigator events in Spain and Portugal, logistics-focused.
