The Bicester Collection is seeking a Personal Shopper at La Roca Village near Barcelona to deliver exceptional, highly personalised service to HNW guests. We are looking for a Personal Shopper to join our team at La Roca Village and deliver exceptional, highly personalised shopping experiences to our most distinguished guests.

In this role, you will build meaningful relationships with clients, providing expert styling advice and tailored product recommendations based on their individual preferences, needs and lifestyle. Leveraging your knowledge of luxury brands and fashion trends, you will curate memorable shopping journeys, introduce guests to new brands and products, and deliver an "above and beyond" level of service at every interaction.

Working closely with Village brands, you will grow and develop your client portfolio, drive guest loyalty, and contribute to the commercial success of the Personal Shopping business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver exceptional and personalized shopping experiences for HNW and VIP guests.

• Build, develop and retain a strong portfolio of clients through proactive clienteling and referrals.
• Provide expert styling advice and tailored product recommendations across Village brands.
• Organize and host bespoke shopping appointments and Village visits.
• Maintain accurate client profiles, preferences and activity in Salesforce.
• Develop strong relationships with brands to support guest needs and drive sales opportunities.
• Achieve personal and team sales targets while contributing to overall business objectives.
• Act as an ambassador for Personal Shopping and La Roca Village.
• Identify new business opportunities and support client acquisition initiatives.
• Stay up to date on luxury fashion trends, brands and product knowledge.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver exceptional and highly personalized shopping experiences for VIP and high-net-worth guests.
• Build, develop and retain long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling and personalized service.
• Provide expert styling advice and tailored product recommendations across the Village's luxury brands.
• Grow and manage a strong client portfolio through referrals, new client acquisition and loyalty‑building activities.
• Organize bespoke shopping appointments and experiences tailored to client needs and preferences.
• Partner with brands to maintain strong product knowledge, support guest needs and drive sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client profiles and activity within Salesforce.
• Support business growth by identifying opportunities, sharing client insights and contributing to commercial objectives.
• Act as an ambassador for Personal Shopping and continuously develop luxury fashion and brand expertise.

Who you are:

• Experienced in personal shopping, luxury retail or clienteling environments.
• Passionate about luxury fashion, styling and exceptional guest service.
• Skilled at building long‑term relationships with high-net-worth clients.
• Commercially driven, with a strong client‑focused mindset.
• Proactive, organized and collaborative.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are an advantage.

BACKGROUND & SKILLS:

• Proven experience in luxury retail and personal shopping.
• Strong clienteling and relationship‑building skills.
• Knowledge of luxury fashion, brands and trends.
• Commercially driven with a strong customer focus.
• Excellent communication, organization and prioritization skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and digital channels.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays and peak business periods.
