La Roca Village is seeking a Junior Brand Accountant to support the financial management of our luxury brand partners. You will handle revenue reporting, invoicing, accounts receivable and lease administration, contributing to accurate financials and operational excellence.

The role involves budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and collaborating with Retail, Commercial and Finance teams. Fluency in English and 2–4 years of related experience are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience in Accounting, Finance or Financial Operations.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in retail, real estate or shopping centre environments is an advantage.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, data analysis and complex formulas.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP or similar.
• Knowledge of reporting and data visualization tools, preferably Power BI.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency and leverage technology and AI tools.

We are looking for a Junior Brand Accountant to join our team at La Roca Village and support the financial management of our portfolio of luxury brand partners.

In this role, you will contribute to the accurate and efficient management of revenue reporting, lease administration, invoicing, bank guarantees, budgeting, forecasting and accounts receivable activities. Working closely with internal stakeholders and brand partners, you will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance and operational excellence across the Village.

Who you are:

• Experienced in Accounting, Finance Operations, Revenue Accounting or Lease Administration.
• Analytical, detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Comfortable working with financial data, reporting and large datasets.
• Proactive, collaborative and solution-oriented.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
