Canva in Madrid is seeking a Motion Designer & Video Editor to lead motion across social platforms. You will work with a local growth creative pod, delivering world-class motion and editing to support campaigns that resonate with a global audience.

You'll collaborate with strategists, designers, and operations to ship quickly, learn from weekly performance data, and push the boundaries of creative and toolsets in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 3–5 years of motion design with shipped work across Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
• Proficient in After Effects or Cavalry; capable to deliver from concept to delivery.
• Strong video editing with CapCut, Canva Video and/or Premiere Pro; social-first cut.
• Social-driven, platform-native content with ability to analyze performance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on motion and make the product feel like magic.
• Build social assets across performance and brand channels.
• Recut creator content for YouTube and other platforms.
• Collaborate with Brand Designer, Copy Writer and Creative Operations Manager.
• Drive the modern toolset and push experimentation with AI tooling.
• Support the broader marketing team with fast iteration and data-informed decisions.
