Dragons Group in Barcelona seeks a Video Editor & Motion Creative with a strong eye for storytelling and visual culture. You’ll edit across social, digital and campaign content, delivering engaging edits, motion graphics and platform-native storytelling.

You’ll collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors and Copywriters from ideation to delivery, bringing references and trends into the creative process to keep the work culturally relevant and polished.

Formación

• 3-5 years of video editing experience with motion design as a complementary skill.
• Proficient in Premiere Pro and comfortable with After Effects.
• Experience with beauty, skincare, wellness, lifestyle or consumer brands.

Responsabilidades

• Edit content across social, digital, branded and campaign projects.
• Develop engaging narratives, pacing and storytelling across formats and platforms.
• Enhance edits with motion graphics, animation and visual treatments where appropriate.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop and refine ideas from concept through delivery.
• Research and curate references, editing styles, creators and emerging content formats.
• Support brainstorming sessions with inspiration, trends and platform insights.
• Build moodboards, reference edits and creative presentations.
• Stay up to date with platform evolution, content trends and visual culture.
• Maintain a high standard of craft, pacing, storytelling and attention to detail across all deliverables.
