Canva is hiring a Motion Designer & Video Editor for Spain. You’ll craft social-first motion content—animated product visuals that feel magical and speak to a broad audience.

Based in Madrid on a hybrid model (2–3 days in the office), you’ll work with a cross-functional team to measure performance and iterate quickly. The role emphasizes craft, speed, and data-informed decision making.

Formación

• 3–5 years of motion design experience with a portfolio that shows shipped work across Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
• Strong fluency in After Effects or Cavalry.
• Solid video editing in CapCut, Canva Video and/or Premiere Pro.

Responsabilidades

• Lead motion and edit across social-first formats for Spain.
• Collaborate with creative strategists, media experts and growth teams.
• Build world-class YouTube assets and YouTube Shorts
• Create native-feeling motion assets across Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
• Iterate quickly with data and ship weekly with a tight feedback loop.
