Canva is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist in Madrid, Spain, to optimize media buying across multiple channels. Your mission will be to partner with the marketing team, harnessing data-driven insights to drive performance while maximizing creative efforts.

As part of a dynamic marketing team, you'll set media strategy, manage budgets, and contribute to innovative campaigns that fuel Canva’s growth.

Formación

• Proven hands-on experience in media buying and budget management.
• Strong optimisation mindset and confidence making data-driven decisions.
• Experience designing experiments and building relationships with marketing science teams.
• Experience working iteratively with a creative team led by a creative strategist.
• Comfortable in a remote, multi-market environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day media buying, optimization and pacing across multiple channels.
• Set the media mix and lead budget allocation review processes.
• Partner with data team to run incrementality studies.
• Translate performance data into clear creative insights.
• Maximise the effectiveness of creative assets.
