Factorial HR is seeking a Paid Motion Designer to join our Performance Marketing team in Barcelona. You will produce high-volume motion ad variations, translating the brand into captivating visual assets for all paid channels, and iterate rapidly using performance data and AI-native tools.

You'll work alongside a cross-functional marketing team, ensuring brand consistency across touchpoints while leveraging data to drive outcomes.

Formación

• Proven motion design for paid media (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Display).
• Background in performance marketing and/or UA ads; understand metrics for outcomes.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Produce a high volume of motion ad variations, iterating fast from performance data and feedback.
• Translate brand essence into captivating visuals across paid channels.
• Read and interpret performance metrics across major platforms and tie creative decisions to outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Champion innovation with motion techniques and AI tools.
