Amadeus in Barcelona is seeking a Digital Advertising Performance Analyst to support the execution and optimization of online marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. You will collaborate with strategy teams and internal stakeholders to translate business objectives into effective digital initiatives, while working with autonomy within defined processes and guidance from senior colleagues.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Hands-on experience in digital marketing or online campaign management.
• Strong experience in digital or performance marketing, with hands-on paid advertising.
• Comfortable in digital marketing environments, managing campaigns and optimizing results from data.
• Experience with paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, DV360, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager.
• Experience with reporting and productivity tools including advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Power BI and Salesforce is a plus.
• Hospitality or hotel industry experience adds value.
• Strong analytical skills, with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Strong communication in English and Italian.

• Help translate business goals and marketing strategies into effective online campaigns aligned with agreed objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance, deliver analytical reporting, and share performance insights with strategy teams and clients.
• Manage and optimize a portfolio of clients across different investment tiers, balancing new launches with ongoing optimizations.
• Collaborate closely with strategy teams and internal stakeholders, identifying opportunities to improve performance through data‑driven insights.
