Ethnik Living is seeking a Creative Strategist to own paid media creative strategy, identify new customer personas, and build a steady pipeline of profitable ads. You will translate customer insights into messages, video concepts, and static ads to test and optimize, collaborating with our Graphic Designer and Marketing Manager.

You will lead creative sprints, guide creators, and take projects from research through production to launch, using tools to research competitors and trends.

Formación

• 3+ years in creative strategy, performance marketing, direct-response copywriting, or content creation at a DTC brand or agency.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid media creative strategy and testing roadmap for acquisition.
• Lead weekly creative sprints with a Graphic Designer and Marketing Manager.
• Develop briefs with hypotheses, personas, messages, shot lists, and format requirements.
• Manage production cycles and regular creative reviews with the team.
• Analyze performance data and translate insights into testable creatives.
