Opella is seeking a People Success Digital Product Manager in Barcelona to shape strategy and governance of the People Success tech portfolio, including Learning, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and People Analytics.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value, drive adoption, and create a seamless employee experience while leading end-to-end product delivery and governance across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital products, HR technology platforms, enterprise applications, or technology transformation initiatives.
• Strong governance, stakeholder engagement, and roadmap development abilities.
• Ability to translate business challenges into practical, scalable technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of the People Success digital product portfolio.
• Translate business priorities into scalable digital capabilities, technology solutions, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery, including discovery, implementation, testing, deployment, adoption, and optimization.
• Manage product governance, prioritization, risk management, and decision-making processes across multiple stakeholders.
• Partner with Data, Architecture, Security, Privacy, and Digital teams to ensure compliant, secure, and sustainable solutions.
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement through analysis of user feedback, service performance, business outcomes, and usage metrics.
• Build business cases, manage budgets, and support investment decisions across the People Success technology portfolio.
