Opella is seeking a senior Product Leader to own the People Success digital portfolio. You will define the vision, strategy, and a multi-year roadmap, ensuring clear ownership and alignment with architecture standards across the organization.

You will coordinate cross-functional delivery across People Success, Data, and Digital domains, drive adoption through governance, privacy and security considerations, and partner with Data teams to establish trusted data foundations and measurable KPIs.

Formación

• Experience owning or leading a digital product portfolio in a complex enterprise.
• Ability to translate business processes into clear product outcomes and KPIs.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery from discovery to go-live.
• Strong governance, demand assessment, risk management, and executive support.
• Experience across application, data, integration, security, privacy, and controls.
• Ability to use adoption metrics to drive prioritisation and continuous improvement.
• Experience managing vendors, delivery plans, and commercial expectations.
• Ability to influence without direct authority in a global matrix.

Responsabilidades

• Set product direction and multi-year roadmap for People Success portfolio.
• Prioritise roadmaps by value, urgency, risk, and architectural alignment.
• Manage end-to-end delivery from discovery to stabilisation and support.
• Strengthen data foundations with governance and KPIs with Data teams.
• Design for adoption, monitor feedback, incidents, and performance.
• Provide governance support with concise recommendations and decisions.
