Job summary

Opella Healthcare Group is seeking a People Success Digital Product Manager in Barcelona to shape strategy and governance for a broad HR technology portfolio spanning Learning, Talent Management, and People Analytics.

You will lead end-to-end product delivery, align priorities with stakeholders, and drive adoption and continuous improvement across global teams. Fluency in English and experience with HR platforms are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital products, HR technology platforms, enterprise applications, or tech transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of product management, governance, stakeholder engagement, and roadmap development.
• Ability to translate business challenges into practical, scalable technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of the People Success digital product portfolio.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery, including discovery, implementation, testing, deployment, adoption, and optimization.
• Manage product governance, prioritization, risk management, and decision-making processes across multiple stakeholders.
• Partner with Data, Architecture, Security, Privacy, and Digital teams to ensure compliant, secure, and sustainable solutions.
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement through analysis of user feedback, service performance, business outcomes, and usage metrics.
• Build business cases, manage budgets, and support investment decisions across the People Success technology portfolio.
• Provide executive-level reporting, recommendations, and decision support to governance forums and senior leadership teams.
