Puig is seeking a recent graduate to join the Talent Management team in Barcelona. You will contribute to essential people processes, including Performance Review and Succession Planning, while ensuring accurate and organized talent data.

This position offers exposure to high-impact people processes within a creative and entrepreneurial culture, with ample opportunities for learning and professional development.

Formación

• Recent degree within last 3 years in a relevant field.
• Experience working with data, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, clean and update Talent data across systems.
• Extract and prepare data for various talent cycles.
• Support preparation of Talent Review materials.
