Suntory Global Spirits seeks a detail-oriented professional to support materials planning and MRP processes in Segovia. You will coordinate packaging and raw material orders for bottling lines, monitor material receipts and invoicing, and perform regular MRP/ATP analyses to support forecast-driven production.

The role requires a university degree, five years of relevant experience, and proficiency in SAP and Excel.

Formación

• University degree required.
• Five years of experience in similar functions.
• SAP and Excel knowledge required.
• Lean Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage orders and receptions of packaging and raw materials for bottling lines.
• Monitor receipt of materials and invoices; resolve issues.
• Execute and analyze weekly MRP.
• Execute and analyze weekly ATP for two-week horizon.
• Execute and analyze monthly MRP when forecast is loaded.
• Order packaging and raw materials for Copacker monthly per forecast.
• Review reports to monitor shopping KPIs.
• Comply with Health & Safety requirements in job cards.
• Follow IMS requirements and reporting protocols.
• Inform superiors of any Health, Safety, Environment, Quality or Food Safety incidents.
• Ensure adherence to quality, food safety, environmental and health & safety measures in own area.
• Follow good hygienic practices defined by the organization.

Role Responsibilities

• Orders and receptions of packaging materials and raw materials for the bottling lines of the Segovia OU.
• Monitoring and control of receipt of materials and invoices with problems until their posting.
• Execution and analysis of the weekly MRP
• Execution and analysis of the weekly ATP for needs fixed at two weeks view.
• Execution and analysis of the monthly MRP at the moment in which the forecast has been loaded.
• Orders of packaging materials and raw materials of Copacker monthly according to the forecast.
• Check out reports to check shopping KPIs.
• Comply with the H&S requirements indicated in their H&S job cards.
• Comply with IMS requirements.
• Inform their superiors of any incident of H&S, Environment incidents Quality or Food Safety), that may affect the integrity of the operator.
• Responsible for complying with Quality, Food Safety, Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety measures in their area of responsibility.
• Comply with the good hygienic practices defined by the organization

Education/Experience
