Werfen is seeking a People Partner Digital & Analytics in Spain to lead and continuously improve initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including employee experience, branding, and data-driven HR. The role focuses on digitalization, AI-enabled practices and analytics to empower the People Function.

You will partner with People Business Partners and HRIT to deliver scalable processes, improve digital adoption and drive data-backed decisions across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Digital Business, Digital Transformation or related disciplines.
• Master's Degree or postgraduate studies in Human Resources, Digital Transformation, People Analytics, Business Analytics, HR Technology or AI applied to business are desirable.
• Certifications in People Analytics, Digital HR, Artificial Intelligence, Data Visualization, Automation, Digital Transformation, Agile Methodologies or Project Management will be considered a plus.
• 3-6 years of experience in Human Resources, People Partner, Employee Experience, Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition or related roles.
• Experience in multinational environments and highly digital contexts is valued.
• Experience with People KPIs, dashboards and HR systems is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own and continuously improve the employee journey across key lifecycle moments.
• Design and deploy employer branding initiatives across digital and offline channels.
• Maintain and continuously improve People KPI dashboards and reporting tools.
• Support workforce planning, talent discussions and organizational reviews through data-driven insights.
• Promote AI-enabled ways of working and digital HR solutions across the function.
• Collaborate with People Business Partners, IT and Global teams to optimize workflows and system integrations.
• Ensure audit readiness and governance of People data and documentation.
