Radisson Hotel Group seeks an Application Support Specialist for its International Global Hospitality IT Support team in Madrid. You will bridge hotel teams and back-office tech, gaining deep EMMA/SAP knowledge and enabling high-quality incident resolution.

You will interact with hotel leaders, document processes, and collaborate with 3rd party vendors to ensure smooth operations while supporting travel up to 20% across Europe and beyond.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in International Hotel Management, Hospitality Management or related field.
• ITIL Foundation level or above is highly desirable.
• SAP Certifications are highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-level support for EMMA PMS application issues.
• Interact with hotels to understand processes and provide value-adding support.
• Coordinate with 3rd party vendors and internal teams to resolve incidents.
• Document new processes and troubleshooting steps for team reference.
• Travel up to 20% for European and occasional international assignments.
