Job summary

mlean is seeking a People Operations Specialist to act as the operational backbone of HR, bridging business goals with talent development. You will optimize workflows, maintain dashboards, and coordinate with external consultants to ensure compliant, efficient people programs.

Based in Valladolid with a hybrid work model, you will support onboarding/offboarding, performance processes, and the measurement of key KPIs like turnover and eNPS, while driving continuous improvement across the People

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operational HR management, People Operations, or generalist roles in tech or SaaS environments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Fluent English (C1) and native or bilingual Spanish.
• Experience leading or coordinating teams or projects within HR.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day HR questions and issues.
• Ensure compliance with programs and coordinate with external labor consultancy for contracts and updates.
• Define and support annual goals with management and cross‑team alignment.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for a positive employee experience.
• Manage conflicts with empathy and guide administrative procedures as needed.
• Create, maintain, and report HR dashboards to monitor KPIs like turnover and eNPS.
• Support performance reviews, development plans, and supervision periods.
• Analyze and improve department processes using technology and automation.
