Bond Brand Loyalty is seeking an HR Operations professional to optimize people systems and scale the employee experience across the lifecycle. The role emphasizes process thinking, automation, and governance to support a fast-paced organization.

You will administer HRIS tools (HiBob-like systems), map core workflows, and collaborate across teams to drive efficiency and leverage AI where appropriate. Madrid-based role with a focus on operational excellence.

Formación

• 2-4 years of experience in HR operations, people systems, or people analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, or similar)
• Experience with HR systems such as HiBob, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or Ivanti is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized with strong prioritization skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative, service-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
• Adaptable and comfortable learning new tools and technologies

Responsabilidades

• Assess current processes to boost efficiency, onboarding, and employee experience.
• Implement automation and AI to reduce manual work and improve scalability.
• Support the operations strategy and roadmap.
• Develop and roll out Knowledge Management with clear guidelines and adoption.
• Embed company values across operations.
• Provide PM support for P&V projects.
• Administer People systems and ensure data integrity.
• Own and continuously improve core workflows across onboarding, job changes, offboarding.
• Create and maintain process docs and guides.
• Support system enhancements and new tool adoption.
• Support policy development and compliance across geographies.
• Develop and manage contingent workforce strategy and processes.
• Own end-to-end contract management for freelancers.
• Ensure contractor processes are compliant and efficient.
• Liaise between hiring, legal and finance on contracts.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support onboarding of contingent staff.
• Support improvements in recruitment and onboarding.
