Bending Spoons in Madrid (Spain) is seeking a talented individual to join our international admin & people operations team. You’ll help guide the people side of extraordinary administrative operations, including acquisitions, restructurings, and visa support, while building scalable processes across our fast-growing org.

You’ll work with a small, ambitious team in a company that values speed, ethics, and hands-on impact.

Formación

• Ability to solve complex problems from first principles.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate administrative workstreams for new office launches and ensure local compliance.
• Lead HR ops across acquisitions, reorganizations, restructuring, and share option plans.
• Ensure compliance with workplace laws across our orgs with external counsel.
• Develop and implement employee welfare and benefits initiatives.
• Manage offers, onboarding, and offboarding end-to-end with streamlined processes.
