Bending Spoons is seeking a talented individual to help run company events, coordinate travel, and support recruiting while strengthening our unique culture. You will leverage AI to streamline operations and be the go-to person for onboarding new Spooners, both on-site and remotely as needed.

Based in Madrid or Warsaw, you’ll join small, autonomous teams and work in a fast-paced environment focused on impact and growth. This role offers exceptional learning and career progression opportunities.

Formación

• Reasoning ability to solve complex problems from first principles and detail-oriented thinking.
• Driven and ambitious with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to support teammates and share credit.
• Fluent in English for reading, writing and speaking.
• Ability to work effectively from the office each day and contribute in person.

Responsabilidades

• Run company events from brainstorming to on-site execution.
• Coordinate business travel across the company for efficiency and smoothness.
• Support recruiting initiatives with the Talent team and external participants.
• Strengthen culture by proposing and driving connection opportunities for Spooners and families.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline event planning, travel, and operations.
• Assist day-to-day operations and onboard new hires to ensure a strong start.
