Bending Spoons is seeking a versatile HR/People Operations professional to support office launches, acquisitions, and global compliance. The role focuses on the people side of exceptional administrative operations across our growing organizations.

You'll work with cross-functional teams to improve employee welfare, benefits, and onboarding experiences while navigating visa support and automation. English proficiency is essential in this international setting.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the administrative workstream for new office launches and due diligence.
• Lead people-side operations for acquisitions, reorganizations, legal restructuring, and share option plans.
• Ensure compliance with workplace laws across our organizations, collaborating with external consultants.
• Develop and implement employee welfare and benefits initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Manage offers, onboarding, and offboarding end-to-end, including visa support and automation.
