Bending Spoons in Madrid is seeking a talented, driven professional to join the marketing team. You will own data-driven acquisition campaigns end-to-end, craft AI-enhanced content, and coordinate partnerships across in-house and external creators.

You will track social trends, reason from first principles, and contribute to a high-performing, low-ego culture where teams are small and impact is visible. English proficiency required; relocation to Madrid may be supported.

Responsabilidades

• Data-driven campaign management: own acquisition campaigns end-to-end from hypothesis to launch and retrospectives.
• Content creation: leverage AI tools to produce high-performing cross-channel visual content with tailored briefs.
• Channels and partnerships: coordinate campaigns across in-house production, external contributors, and client-facing partnerships.
• Trend monitoring: track social media trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
