Denodo is seeking a motivated student or recent graduate for an HR Analytics Trainee internship in Spain. You will join the HR team to collect, organize, analyze and visualize People data, supporting decision-making and HR process improvements.

You will learn People Analytics concepts, HR data management, workforce metrics, dashboard development, data visualization, and reporting automation while contributing to recruitment, retention and headcount planning initiatives.

Formación

• Pursuing or completed BS or higher in HR, BA, Psychology, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, CS, Engineering or related field.
• Interest in People Analytics, data-driven decisions and technology.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis concepts and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in collecting, validating and maintaining HR data from internal sources, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support creation and maintenance of dashboards, reports and visualizations related to headcount, turnover, recruitment, retention and engagement.
• Collaborate with the People team to translate reporting needs into clear data analysis requirements.
• Participate in data quality initiatives and documentation.
