Verisure is seeking a talented HR Systems Intern to join our Group HRIS Centre of Excellence in Madrid. You will gain hands-on experience configuring Workday across multiple modules and collaborate with HR teams across countries to drive system improvements.

The role offers exposure to Workday, Phenom People, Power BI and Power Automate, with opportunities to take on diverse HRIS projects and develop strong analytical and project management skills.

Formación

• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) skills.
• Strong interest in HR and IT systems.
• Advanced PowerPoint knowledge.
• Ability to frame problems and analyze data.
• Proactive, self-starter attitude.
• High attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work in a challenging team with tight deadlines.
• Willingness to learn Workday field.

Responsabilidades

• Receive hands-on experience configuring Workday across modules (HCM, Learning, Talent, Compensation, Recruiting).
• Collaborate with HR teams across countries to identify system improvements.
• Provide hands-on system support to stakeholders and teams with tight deadlines.
• Work with Phenom People, Power BI, Power Automate and other tech.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and own action items.
• Provide user training, create guides and communicate changes.
